These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Barber Money mobile application ("Barber Money," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), provided by RAEVO PRO LLC. By creating an account or using Barber Money, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By creating a Barber Money account or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if older, to create a Barber Money account and agree to these Terms.

Barber Money is intended for one account per individual barber/business owner. You may not share your account credentials with others.
Barber Money is a personal financial-tracking and business-management tool for independent barbers. It lets you record income, expenses, and recurring costs; track suggested tax and savings amounts based on rates you configure; set and monitor financial goals; and generate reports and exports from data you enter. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you're signed in, synced to our cloud backend so it can be backed up and restored across devices.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of every transaction, amount, category, and setting you enter into Barber Money. We do not verify, audit, or independently confirm anything you enter. Barber Money's calculations, suggestions, and reports (including suggested tax reserves, savings suggestions, and goal progress) are derived entirely from the data and rates/percentages you provide and are only as accurate as that input.
Barber Money is a record-keeping and planning tool — it is not a bank, accounting firm, tax preparer, or registered investment or financial adviser, and nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice. Figures such as "Suggested Tax Reserve" or "Suggested Savings" are simple, transparent calculations based on percentages you set yourself; they are estimates for your own planning purposes only. You should independently verify all figures and consult a qualified professional (such as a licensed accountant or tax preparer) before making financial or tax decisions or filings.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure Barber Money's calculations perform as designed, but we do not guarantee that any report, export, calculation, or figure generated by the App is complete, accurate, or free of error, or that it satisfies any regulatory, tax, or accounting requirement that applies to you. Barber Money's output is never a substitute for professional financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
The following describes our planned subscription model. As of this version of the App, Barber Money does not process any payment, and no subscription is active. This section will govern once Barber Money Pro is released, and we will update the App and this document at that time.
Barber Money intends to offer an optional paid subscription tier, Barber Money Pro, unlocking additional features (such as full Reports, CSV/PDF export, Recurring Expenses, cloud backup and restore, and advanced insights) beyond the free tier. Barber Money Pro is currently planned at $7.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers — pricing and trial length are subject to change before launch and will be confirmed on the in-app paywall and in your store's purchase confirmation at the time you subscribe.
When active, Barber Money Pro subscriptions will work as follows:
Barber Money, including its name, branding, design, and underlying software, is owned by RAEVO PRO LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal or business record-keeping. You retain all rights to the financial and business data you enter into Barber Money.
You agree not to:
You may permanently delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option in Settings. This immediately and permanently deletes your Barber Money account and all associated cloud data, clears your local device data for that account, and signs you out — this action cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or misused the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE BARBER MONEY, AND RELY ON ANY FIGURE, REPORT, OR EXPORT IT PRODUCES, AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAEVO PRO LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) BARBER MONEY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS NOT EXCLUDABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Barber Money at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continuing to use Barber Money after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
