This Privacy Policy describes how the Barber Money mobile application ("Barber Money," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use it. Barber Money is provided by RAEVO PRO LLC.
Barber Money is a personal financial-tracking and business-management tool built for independent barbers. Barber Money is not a bank, financial institution, accounting firm, investment adviser, or tax adviser, and this policy should be read with that in mind — see "What Barber Money Is (and Isn't)" below.
To create an account, Barber Money asks for:
That's the entire sign-up form. We do not require your name, phone number, address, or any other personal detail to create an account.
After creating an account, you may optionally set a Display Name — a personalization value shown on the app's Home screen ("Welcome back, [name]") and in Settings. It is never used for authentication and is not a public username; only you can see it.
Barber Money is built around data you choose to enter yourself. This includes:
We do not fabricate, estimate, or infer any financial figure on your behalf — every number Barber Money shows is either something you entered directly or a calculation performed on data you entered (e.g., a suggested tax reserve calculated from your income and your own configured tax percentage).
As of this writing, Barber Money does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or crash-reporting/telemetry services of any kind. The app does not request or access your device's location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library — it has no code path that uses any of them. Barber Money also does not connect to your bank account or any external financial institution, and it does not collect or process payment card information — see "Subscriptions" below for how paid subscriptions will eventually be billed.
On your device. Barber Money stores your transactions, recurring expense rules, savings entries, client-count records, and settings in a local database on your device (SQLite), scoped to your signed-in account. This is what lets the app work quickly and remain usable offline.
In the cloud. If you are signed in, the same information is also synced to our cloud backend (Supabase, a hosted Postgres database) so it can be backed up and restored if you sign in on a new device. Every cloud record is tied to your account and protected by database-level access rules (Row Level Security) that only allow your own signed-in account to read or write your own rows — no other user's account can access your data, and vice versa.
Your authentication session. When you sign in, Barber Money keeps you signed in by storing an encrypted copy of your session on your device. The session data is encrypted (AES-256) before being stored, and the small encryption key used to protect it is kept separately in your device's own secure hardware-backed storage (the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) — never alongside the encrypted data itself, and never transmitted anywhere.
Barber Money uses email-and-password authentication, handled by our backend provider (Supabase Auth). We do not currently offer or support signing in with a third-party account (e.g., Google or Apple sign-in). Passwords are never visible to us in plain text — they are handled entirely by our authentication provider using industry-standard hashing.
No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we design and maintain Barber Money with the protections above.
Your local and cloud data is retained for as long as your account exists and you don't remove it. Specifically:
Barber Money lets you export your own transaction history as a CSV file or a summary as a PDF report. These exports contain only the data you entered (dates, amounts, types, categories, payment methods, notes, and similar fields) — never your account credentials, device information, or any other user's data. Exported files are created privately on your device and handed to your device's native share sheet, where you choose what to do with them (e.g., email them to yourself, save them, or send them elsewhere). Barber Money does not automatically upload or transmit exported files to us or to anyone else.

As of this writing, we do not use any advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting third party. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy first.
Planned, not yet active: Barber Money Pro, a paid subscription (planned at $7.99/month with a 7-day free trial), is planned for a future release. When it launches, subscription purchases will be processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, using RevenueCat as our subscription-management provider. At that point, purchase/subscription-status information (but never your payment card details, which Apple/Google handle directly) will be shared with RevenueCat to manage your subscription. This paragraph describes planned functionality only — Barber Money does not currently process any payment or subscription, and this policy will be updated when that changes.
Barber Money is a personal record-keeping and planning tool. It is not a bank, a payment processor, an accounting firm, a registered investment adviser, or a tax professional, and nothing it displays is financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Barber Money does not connect to, read from, or write to any bank account or payment network — every figure in the app comes from what you typed in or a calculation based on that. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you use the app's output (including for tax filing or other official purposes) — we recommend consulting a qualified professional for that.
Barber Money is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at barbermoneyapp@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
You can view, edit, or delete most of your data directly within the app (editing or deleting individual transactions, clearing local data, deleting your cloud data, or deleting your account entirely, as described above). For any other request regarding your information, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as new features (such as Barber Money Pro) become active. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
